The company needed a new brand identity which was more reflective of their success – and which was distinctive enough to cut through the clutter in the competitive recruiting and staffing marketplace based on a single core message - 'The ROI of Happiness'.
We are responsible for the new USP, voice, and complete graphic and web design overhaul. The new logo, stationery, and website design, is far more quirky and forward - thinking than is usual for this market sector, but the irreverence is firmly grounded in quantitative results, which are used as graphic elements. We continue to work with Poly providing design of presentations, sales collateral, and RFP to help them make the shortlist, and an excellent impression.
